HLBBshaw is a firm of Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys established in 1989. We incorporated in March 2006 to provide a modern business model and are now managed on corporate lines.

The Practice has been at the top in commercially important matters for over 15 years. Our success record in contentious IP (starting with the Harvard “Oncomouse” appeal in 1991) is about 80%, ranging from vaccines to packaging to neural networks. Our senior professionals are well known at the European Patent Office.
